We are currently looking for a Recruiter/interviewer who will help in identify and generate qualified prospects to our survey through cold email, cold calling, social selling, and networking.

About the Role: In the role of Interviewer/Recruiter, you are responsible for the entire recruitment process of assigned projects, from stakeholders identification to their engagement.
You work closely with our line and project managers to ensure we attract and recruit high quality respondents to our market research studies.
Your ability to build strong relationships, along with your expertise in recruiting within healthcare, will be critical to your success.
Source potential qualitative and quantitative survey participants for our ongoing market research studies Coordinate with project managers to understand their market research project recruiting needs Proactively plan, organize and implement recruitment solutions on allocated projects, aiming to reduce outsource cost and ensure successful project delivery Identify stakeholders and/or Interview potential respondents to determine if the person is a match for the study requirements Build and maintain a network of potential respondents Prepare targeted lead lists and engage in proactive phone, email, and social media outreach, to drive participation to our survey.
High volume of cold-calling has to be expected Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities Serve as the face of M3 Global Research in your local markets, representing the brand with confidence and expertise All of the above tasks and responsibilities are to be carried out during the working hours.
