Recovery Worker (Women'S Service) - Various Locations

Details of the offer

Our team in Cornwall are recruiting Recovery Workers to join them in providing high-quality recovery care to a diverse client group.
If you are an enthusiastic and creative individual and are passionate about changing people's lives for the better, we'd love to hear from you.  This role has been designed to work specifically on working with women living across the county, with diverse and complex needs to engage in treatment around their substance use, healthy relationships and mental and emotional health.
This will be a trauma informed service using an outreach model to ensure the flexibility needed to keep women engaged in treatment.
There will be an emphasis on multi agency working and networking to develop and provide sustainable pathways, supporting women to meet their goals.
Our Recovery Workers work with our clients to help them determine what their goals, ambitions, and passions are, working with them to create the best treatment plan for their needs and to get them back onto the path to recovery.
This is an integral role for WithYou - as a frontline worker, you will deliver continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, delivery of interventions, and key work responsibilities.
You will manage an active caseload of clients, connecting quickly with the people we support, and treating them respectfully and with dignity.
You will be a compassionate and motivated individual, with an exceptional ability to build meaningful relationships.
We're looking for demonstrable experience working within the health, social care, criminal justice, or other specialist setting, ideally with those with substance misuse issues.
You will be highly organised, with excellent communication skills, and able to manage your time effectively, working as part of a team to ensure a high-quality service is maintained.
Above all, we are looking for someone who is passionate about what we do, with a positive and engaging approach to our service users and key stakeholders.  Diversity Statement As an organisation, we continue to build an inclusive culture that encourages, supports and celebrates the diverse voices and experiences of our staff.
We know that representing the communities we serve is key to us meeting our goals of radically improving people's lives.
We welcome the unique contributions that you can bring and we encourage people from underrepresented communities and backgrounds to apply to join our team, including people with lived experience, people with disabilities, people from racialised communities, LGBTQ+ people, people of all ages and armed forces veterans.
Should you be successful in your application, you will be required to provide 3 years' worth of references and where applicable, will need to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
