You will have your own caseload, working as part of our team and alongside other social care services to identify how we can help.
You will develop plans with your clients to help them get their lives back to where they want them to be.

Housing, to cover all aspects of their successful recovery continuously learning and reflecting to improve the outcomes for your clientssupporting your colleagues across the service to deliver excellent careRequired SkillsTo be successful in this role, you will: have attained ONC/NVQ level 3 or be willing to achieve this within 12 monthshave demonstrable experience of working in the health, social care, criminal justice or other specialist settingshave an understanding of mutual aid groups as well as community groups such as NA/AA or CAhave the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues alikebe able to work effectively in a team, supporting others when neededdemonstrate a commitment to support With You valuesbe resilient under pressure and able to prioritise you work have good oral and written communication skillsbe comfortable using IT and digital mediabe organised and able to manage your time effectivelyable to be flexible with your working hours on occasionbe happy to support other With You locations when needed You will also need to meet our safeguarding requirements of a satisfactory enhanced DBS check.Desirable SkillsWe'll give your application priority if you: have previous experience of working with people who misuse substances knowledge of health and safety, including assessing client in high-risk situations A full job description and person specification will be provided upon request.About The CompanyEveryone should feel comfortable getting the support they need for issues with drugs, alcohol or mental health.At We Are With You we work with people on their own goals, whether that's staying safe and healthy, making small changes or stopping an unwanted habit altogether.
