Job summary Community Inpatient Unit providesRehabilitation, Re-ablement and recovery interventions for adults in North EastLincolnshire.
The service will promote faster recovery from illness, preventunnecessary acute hospital admissions and premature admissions to long-termcare, support timely discharge from hospital and maximise independent livingwherever possible.

It supports hospital discharges, prevents admission tohospital or long-term care and promotes independent living.
It is amulti-disciplinary service with Nurses, Physiotherapists, OccupationalTherapist, Social Workers, and care staff.A wonderfulopportunity as arisen for individuals to join our team as recovery workers,both day and night hours available.As arecovery worker you will support patients with personal and nutritional careneeds, working with nurses and therapist to delivery enhanced care, supportindividuals to regain independence via motivational and encouragementtechniques.Ideally youwill have the NVQ/QCF level 2 and/ or previous experience in the caring sectorand however there is opportunity for training and completion of NVQ/QCF2 forthe right individual.In return we offerflexible approach to work, family friendly, training opportunities and careerprogression and other staff benefits.
