These responsibilities include but are not limited to: using a switchboard, taking and relaying messages, meeting and greeting visitors, liaising with couriers and receiving deliveries, organising meeting room bookings and ensuring that these rooms are kept tidy, providing general administrative and secretarial support as and when ; What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will be an experienced receptionist who has experience operating a switchboard.
