Job summary Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust are seeking to recruit experienced, part-time receptionists |(max 30 hours) to join our team within Child Health Outpatients department at Blyth Community Hospital.
Main duties of the job This is a busy role, involving a wide variety of tasks including meeting and greeting patients and relatives on arrival to the hospital, answering telephoneenquiries, (PAS data entry) and scanning documents.
About us We manage three major locality hospitals at North Tyneside, Wansbeck and Hexham, plus a number of smaller community hospitals and clinics from Tynemouth to Berwick on Tweed, in addition to our state-of-the-art Northumbria Specialist Emergency Care Hospital, the first of its kind in England.

To facilitate good communication with other wards and departments involved in patient care or ward/departmental functioning.
