Receptionist Permanent - Part-Time -Term Time - Job ShareExciting opportunity for an organised Receptionist to play an integral role in being a key ambassador for The Paragon School, Bath, displaying warmth, friendliness and professionalism and ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service and in line with our safeguarding procedures.
The Receptionist position is term time only for 25 hours per week.
This is an important role in the life of the school, acting as the first point of contact for parents and other visitors, and as such must provide an exceptionally professional and friendly service over the telephone, on email and in direct contact.
The Receptionist requires strong administrative skills and will have day to day responsibility for shared work priorities and maintenance of high standards.
The pattern of working will be for 5 hours per day from either 8:00am – 1:00pm or 12:30pm – 5.30pm, in a job-share capacity.
Must be a First Aid holder or willingness to learn.
