Main duties of the job As a Receptionist at Avery Healthcare's Lady Jane Court Care Home, you will be responsible for offering professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home, as well as providing a range of administrative services.
Your key responsibilities will include answering the telephone, responding to enquiries, redirecting calls, completing reception-related administration, maintaining databases, and providing administrative assistance as required by the General Manager.
You will also be responsible for maintaining the general tidiness of the reception area and liaising with Housekeeping to ensure standards are maintained.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, be confident in using computers, and have a positive, friendly, and welcoming attitude.
