Main duties of the job As a Receptionist at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for offering professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home.
Your duties will include answering the telephone and responding to enquiries, redirecting calls to relevant staff, and recording messages.
You will also be required to complete reception-related administration, maintain databases, and provide general administrative assistance as needed by the General Manager.
Maintaining the tidiness of the reception area and liaising with Housekeeping to ensure standards are met is also part of the role.
