Divert calls and take messages, ensuring accuracyof detail and prompt appropriate delivery.Enter requests forhome visits on to the electronics system, ensuring careful recording of all relevantdetails and where necessary refer to the Duty Team.Advise patients ofrelevant charges for private (non General Medical Services) services, acceptpayment and issue receipts for same.Enter patientinformation on to the computer as required.

Administrative staff will be provided with a uniform whilst clinicalstaff must dress in accordance with their role.LeaveAllpersonnel are entitled to take leave.
