We are looking for a temporary receptionist in Milton Keynes on a six month basis.
Your role will involve greeting visitors, support different departments by dealing with requests in a timely manner.
Along with reception duties you will be working together with the Fleet and HSE team.
This role is to start ASAP.
Duties can include: Acting as first point of contact for visitors and callers Directing calls correctly and in an efficient manner Welcome visitors, maintaining sign in measures and explain health and safety procedures, provide them with badges Complete incoming and outgoing mail requirements Schedule appointments and book meeting rooms Orders lunch for employees and visitors Manage office supplies Provide admin support where required, recording and monitor data Act as the Site Emergency Response Coordinator Ensure relevant training is up to date for first aiders and fire marshals HSE Admin tasks We are looking for Effective communicators who can convey a clear message to different people Organised individuals ability to organise their workload Someone to build strong working relationships Take on new tasks with urgency and enthusiasm To be considered for this role you must have 2 years+ relevant experience.
This role is fully office based and is 37.5hrs per week, there is some flexibility around the start time e.g.
7-3, 9-5 etc.
The pay rate is £16.41ph.
