Location : Blackpool, FY1 2JQ, United Kingdom Address : North Promenade Britannia Hotels is searching for a Receptionist to join our team at the Grand hotel Blackpool.
Located on Blackpools famous Promenade, this central Blackpool hotel boasts 274 bedrooms as well as 11 flexible meeting rooms.

Auto enrolment pension scheme Your duties will include: Welcoming our guests on arrival Checking guests in and out Promoting food and beverage facilities.
Providing information to guests on all hotel products and services.
Be involved with taking payments, cash handling & balancing floats.
Answering telephones and helping with guest queries The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of Opera Systems would be advantageous.
