Receptionist .
Immediate Temporary Role with View to Permanent Post.
First Choice require a Temporary Receptionist for our Belfast based Head Office.
Duties in the role will include Handling In Coming Calls to the Office Handling Visitors to the Office General Admin and Clerical Duties Processing and Scanning Staff Timesheets Handling Weekly Staff Training in Office to include preparing ID Badges and distributing uniforms Hours are 8.45am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
Role has an Immediate start and a permanent post is available subject to performance after probation period Applicants will ideally have experience working in an office Environment and be able to be First point of Contac for Clients and applicants First Choice are a Leading Supplier of Temporary Agency Staff in the General Recruitment and Healthcare Sectors.. .
