Temporary Receptionist role Our clients are looking for a dynamic and professional individual to fill a temporary receptionist position.
This role is essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our client's front desk and providing both clients' and visitors' exceptional service.
Responsibilities: Welcome and assist visitors.
Efficiently answer and route phone calls.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
Perform general administrative duties as required.
Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident using Microsoft Office Suite.
Effective time management and organisational skills #


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
