ABOUT THE ROLE You will be an experienced Front Office, Hotel Receptionist or Restaurant / Bar Host, helping us to manage our guest restaurant reservations and hotel check ins and check outs.
You will provide a warm welcome for our guests, ensuring their journey with us has the perfect welcome, a friendly departing goodbye, and you've done everything possible to make their visit or stay with us the best possible experience.
We're looking for individuals who can work to our brand standards, processes and procedures to maintain the highest of standards whilst also providing that genuine friendly hospitality experience that makes people want to return.
Both Full and Part Time positions are available.
ABOUT THE SUTHERLAND The Grill Pub Co have acquired The White House Hotel in Muxton, Telford and the venue is currently undergoing a £1m transformation into a stunning brand new restaurant, lounge, bar and hotel named The Sutherland.
The Sutherland will be Shropshire's newest "hot spot" for beautiful décor, delicious food, handcrafted cocktails and modern bedrooms.
