Get a better look at our team culture here: https://www.instagram.com/kaleidoscopehotels/ As Receptionist what you'll be doing Working a 20 hours on a variety of weekend and week day shifts you will be the personality our guests experience on arrival and departure Take care of the finer detail with check ins, check outs, preparing bills and taking payments Show our guests we care throughout their stay by answering queries and resolving issues Show off your knowledge of our hotel and all it has to offer so you can help our guests and perhaps offer a little upsell too Take care of the admin - When you're not face to face with our guests you'll be on the phone, emails or doing other computer-based work What happens next with your Receptionist application?
