OverviewBirchwood Group is a forward-looking company with retail stores, workshops and facilities based across the south coast of Sussex and Hampshire.We are seeking a dedicated vehicle smart repair Receptionist/Administrator to join our team.
In this role, you will support the smooth operation of our smart repair centre, working closely with our smart repair technicians and ensuring outstanding customer service.Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:Assisting the vehicle estimator with completing and submitting estimates and job packs to insurance companiesLiaising with customers to arrange booking-in dates and vehicle handoversWelcoming bodyshop and service customers to the dealership, providing friendly and professional first point of contactAnswering incoming calls and directing them as necessaryMotivating the teamKnowledge, Skills and Experience Required:Strong administrative and organisational skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesA professional and approachable demeanourThe ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environmentPrevious experience in a similar role or the automotive industry would be an advantage, but training will be provided for the right candidatePackage:Salary: £25,375 (pro-rata)Hours: 29.5hrs average per week (Monday to Friday – 9:00am to 2.30pm or 9:30am to 3.00pm (flexible), Saturday 8:00am to 12:00pm 1 in 2 - paid as overtime)Holiday: 22 days per year + bank holidaysBenefits: Health cash plan, Subsidised vehicle purchase and aftersales scheme (upon completion of probation)We are an Equal Opportunities EmployerDue to the high volume of applications we receive, unfortunately, we are unable to contact each applicant individually regarding the status of their application.
