Reception Team Member - Kinmylies

Assynt Road, Inverness, IV3 8PB IV3 8PB Kinmylies Medical Practice is looking for a new member to join their Reception Team.We are far less interested in previous primary care experience than finding the right fit for our team, as full training will be provided.
Whilst we would be delighted to employ someone with previous experience, that is secondary to finding a good fit with our existing team; someone who has the ability to learn new skills and develop them in a supportive, empathetic and positive environment.
It's very important to note that the team support each other and in turn get support and help from all relevant parts of the practice.
This role is for approx 30 hours over 4 or 5 days but could look at more or less for the right person.
Starting salary is £12.00 per hour rising to £12.60 after probation.
The successful candidate will be eligible for the NHS pension scheme which is a total of 27.75% of salary, with 22.5% being paid by the practice.Kinmylies has 2 GP partners, a managing partner, an ANP, 2 practice nurses, an HCA and 5 reception team members so we are the kind of size where you will very quickly become a well known face and really make a difference to how the practice runs.
