We are seeking a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and challenging classroom environment in Blackburn.
The Role Provide tailored support to children in an EYFS setting, helping them thrive academically and socially.
Work closely with the class teacher to implement the national curriculum.
Support children with SEN, adapting strategies to meet their unique needs.
Promote positive behaviour and maintain a structured, engaging classroom environment.
Requirements A qualification related to working with children in schools (e.g., Level 2 or 3 in Teaching and Learning).
Proven experience supporting the national curriculum in an EYFS setting.
Strong behaviour management skills and a patient, adaptable approach.
A genuine passion for helping children succeed and overcome challenges.
