An esteemed Primary School and Nursery is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic classroom teacher with a passion for delivering exceptional education to join their EY team as a ReceptionTeacher for LAT.

Teaching Responsibilities: Develop prepare and deliver lessons tailored to the diverse needs of children focusing specifically onEY (reception) curriculum requirements and learning objectives.
Employ effective teaching strategies to engage and inspire children ensuring that academic goals are met.
Evaluate and monitor student progress providing consistent feedback and settingEY (reception) improvement targets.
Collaborate with colleagues to create curriculum materials that enhance learning experiences and share best practices forEY (reception) education.
Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that fosters respectful behaviour and positive relationships amongEY (reception) children.
Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to provide updates onEY (reception) student progress and address any concerns specific to EY (reception).
Participate in staff meetings professional development workshops and other school activities as required with a focus on EY (reception)educational strategies.
Requirements: Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Proven experience teachingEY (reception)children in a primary school setting.
Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual learners.
Dedication to ongoing professional development and a commitment to staying up to date with the latest educational practices.
Flexibility and adaptability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
