A Supportive Environment Like No Other You'll be part of a network that provides unparalleled support to its teachers.
The leadership team works closely with each member of staff, ensuring you have everything you need to succeed.
From curriculum guidance to pastoral care, you'll be backed every step of the way.
Additionally, the school benefits from strong partnerships with external educational providers and experts, including access to National Leaders for SEND.
This means you'll receive expert advice and bespoke training to help manage the specific SEN needs of your pupils.
External companies such as PhonicsPlay and Little Wandle Letters and Sounds will also support your classroom teaching.
Class Details and Role: Small class size: You'll be teaching a close-knit group of 23 children, many with high levels of special educational needs (SEN).
With the help of 4 additional Teaching Assistants, you'll have the support you need to ensure each child can flourish.
Flexibility in employment: This role offers flexibility, allowing you to choose between a temporary-to-permanent placement through Teaching Personnel or a direct permanent school contract.
Both options ensure you have the security and stability to focus on what matters most—teaching.
Salary: Competitive pay based on the Main Pay Scale (MPS from M2) up to UPS1, with opportunities to negotiate further depending on experience (up to UPS2 or UPS3).
Meet the Team and Explore the Role To help you feel confident in joining, we're happy to arrange a meet-and-greet with the Headteacher and team, especially for those relocating.
This gives you the chance to explore the school, meet the SEN specialists and classroom team, and experience the environment first-hand before making any commitment.
Why This Opportunity Stands Out Staff consistently highlight the invaluable support they receive from leadership, the Trust, and external professionals.
This comprehensive support network ensures you never feel alone in managing the unique needs of your students.
