We currently have a great opportunity for a confident and enthusiastic individual to join our team at the Link Hotel.
As Reception Supervisor, you will lead our reception team in managing reception efficiently, driving and coordinating all daily operational reception standards to ensure consistent customer service excellence.
We are looking for an individual with excellent customer service skills and leadership skills.
You must have strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and guests .
Together with your significant experience in a customer facing role within a front of house hospitality operation, your good judgment skills will enable you to make sound decisions and proactively solve problems.
