You will be reporting directly to the Front of House Manager and have responsibility for the staff and department when on shift.
In addition to this you will also be nominated to undertake Duty Manager responsibilities as per your rota when required.
You will be the first point of contact for all guests, delegates and contractors when entering or contacting our hotel so excellent customer service skills and a professional aptitude is essential.
Your experience in a Front of House setting using property management systems will be indispensable alongside your calm approach when dealing with issues that arise without notice.
You will be flexible, reliable, enthusiastic with a passion for hospitality and be able to work in a team and also independently.
Our hotels and Conference Centres are busy establishments, therefore this is very much a hands on role.
