Job summary Due to the further expansion of our services, we are delightedto be looking for an addition to our in house team.Alongside providing administrative supportfor projects to implement the development of further patient care initiatives, the successful candidate for thisrole will be responsible for the leadership and supervision of the reception team.This includes ensuring all expected dutiesare performed effectively and to the required standard across the department to support an exceptional level of patient care.Ensuring processes across the reception and administration team are well organised and effective.
They will also be expected towork very closely with the Service Leads and clinical teams and have acollaborative approach to achieving departmental targets and KPIs together.Working patterns will be 5 days per week acrossa mix of shift patterns.Highfields opening hours are to Monday Friday and 5pm Saturday and there is an expectation to work 1in every 3 Saturdays and also to be part of the on-call team rota 1 in 3 weeks.
