Due to an internal promotion, the Hilton Birmingham Metropole is now recruiting for its next Reception Manager.

Ideally, you will have experience in a full-service hotel or prior experience as a Reception Manager.
You will have leadership skills and excellent rapport with customers.
You enjoy creating memorable experiences for our guests, ensuring the warmest welcome, demonstrating exceptional levels of customer service.
