The Responsibilities include: Communicate with landlords and tenants to facilitate smooth lettings processes and have the ability to answer complex queries Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations Manage tenancy renewals and terminations Maintain accurate records of all lettings activities Carry out weekly/monthly reviews with staff to ensure targets are achieved.
About You Are you a motivated Lettings Manager with experience of working in a busy estate agency setting.

You will require to have the following skills: • 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Healthcare Qualification.
• Achieve and manage KPI's • Right to work in the UK.
