This appointment comes with a great deal of autonomy, and whilst a business case is required, the expectations are fairly low due to the structure of the existing team.
This successful team is Leicester is already working with a enviable range of clients, handling the full remit of commercial property work including development and investment, landlord and tenant, sales and acquisitions.
The client base being mostly heavyweight corporate clients or developers.
They are highly ranked within the Legal 500, and recognised as being a strong real estate offering.
As a Partner or Director in this team, you'll have the opportunity to help grow the commercial property practice, with the autonomy to make decisions on its strategic direction.
You do not need a substantial client following.
There is room to grow in this position, so you need only to demonstrate a proven track record of business development.
Your client base can be local, regional or national.
