• Conduct title searches, resolve title issues, and coordinate with title companies.
• Schedule and assist with closings, including post-closing tasks like recording deeds.
• Research zoning laws, property taxes, and due diligence materials.
• Communicate with clients, realtors, lenders, and attorneys.
Qualifications for the Paralegal - Real Estate (Residential BTL): • Associate's degree or paralegal certification (Bachelor's preferred).
• 2-5 years of real estate law experience.
• Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office.
Skills for the Paralegal - Real Estate (Residential BTL): • Detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in communication and time management.
