An exciting opportunity has been presented with an International law firm who are looking to hire an associate into their highly experienced and successful Real Estate team in Manchester.Rated as Tier 1 in the Legal 500, the Real Estate team at this well-established firm cover all aspects of Real Estate business including property financing, landlord and tenant matters, and major retail.You will be joining a city-based firm that is able to offer a UK-wide service to their clients due to their many offices throughout England, Ireland, and Scotland.
The firm is currently experiencing a fantastic phase of growth due to an extremely successful 12 months with many multi-million pound transactions.This particular role will involve supporting national and international developers and investors, using excellent interpersonal skills and a flexible approach to meeting client demands.
