OUR CLIENT Long established and highly regarded law firm THE ROLE We have a new vacancy for a Corporate Real Estate Finance Solicitor 4+ PQEThe role will involve leading on a range of real estate finance transactions including acquisition, investment and development finance as well as fund, joint venture and mezzanine finance handling an international workloadYou will also be working closely with members of the corporate and real estate teams, advising and playing a lead role on a wide range of real estate finance transactions for lenders or borrowers in a fast growing real estate finance practice THE CANDIDATE To be considered for this opportunity applicants must have a solid property finance background with experience of drafting and negotiating facility agreements and security documents.You will have a good understanding of key real estate and finance concepts and a solid understanding of the real estate finance market.Experience of leading on projects being the main point of contact for clients.
