My client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join its Real Estate Finance team in Manchester.

About the Role: You'll be part of a team with over 20 years of industry expertise, working on regulated and unregulated lending transactions.
This firm's typical clients include investors, banks, peer-to-peer lenders, bridging lenders and more.

Key Responsibilities: Drafting security documentation for review by Fee Earners Preparing mortgage reports and handling client updates Ordering searches, documents and managing case progress Submitting applications to Land Registry and HMRC Preparing files for completion and managing payments Ensuring an exceptional level of service for clients and introducers What We're Looking For?
