Real Estate Finance Lawyer

An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate to join a top UK firm in its highly regarded Banking team.
The team acts for banks, funds, sponsors, and major corporates.
Almost all deals are multi-jurisdictional and span a wide range of work areas, including event-driven financings, bridges to bond and equity takeouts, structured financings, margin loans, real estate and asset finance, revolving credits, amendments and waivers, and full restructurings.

Experience required: Qualified in England and Wales.
A minimum of 4 years' post-qualified experience in real estate finance, alongside exposure to a broader range of banking matters, including acquisition finance and other general corporate lending.
The work will include acting for both borrowers/sponsors and lenders and will be based on LMA transaction documentation.
Ability to give practical, clear advice.
Excellent communication skills.
Motivated and enthusiastic.
Self-starter with plenty of drive and initiative.
