We are looking for a Real Estate Finance Associate 4+ years PQE to join our Partner's fast-growing team on a fully remote basis!
The Role You will have the opportunity to develop into a strong technical lawyer, working alongside a reputable Partner.

This established and expanding Real Estate Finance Team has extensive expertise in the specialist secured lending industry.
Their primary clients are specialist property finance lenders (bridging and development), whom they support with unregulated loan originations.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a successful, growing team eager to develop and build relationships with both new and existing clients.
The ideal candidate will be fee-earning 70% of the time and supporting junior staff 30% of their time.
As the team expands, there will be opportunities for leadership roles, making this position ideal for someone looking to advance their career in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
Essential Experience Qualified solicitor 4+ years PQE.
Experience in residential and commercial real estate.
You will have regularly acted for specialist funders on all aspects of secured loan originations.
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for client interaction.
An interest in business development and forming new relationships.
The ability to meet the challenges posed by demanding clients and tight deadlines without compromising work quality or service.
Willingness to collaborate closely with team members.
Key Responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload of property finance matters, including property acquisition, investment, and development finance.
Ensure proactive and efficient management of each case from start to finish.
Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing lender clients and associated professionals, building trust, confidence, and reliability.
Identify and cultivate new relationships with lenders in the commercial lending market.
Attend exhibitions, seminars, and networking events to promote the company and build relationships with lender clients.
Act as a brand ambassador, enhancing the market reputation of the business.
Exhibit excellent communication skills, proactivity, and creative thinking.
