The Job: On behalf of our client we are seeking an Real Estate Assistant.
In this role your responsibility will be to manage and supervise a small team of Legal Administrators and support the Operations Manager in their team in Central Bristol.
This is a junior management position overseeing a small team of Legal Administrators and ensuring effective collaboration, task performance, and professional development.
In this role your responsibilities will include: - Line management of up to 10 Legal Administrators including performance management, career development, discipline and welfare support with HR.
- Actively manage work levels, quality and resources - Monitor and supervise the quality and completion of tasks - Actively monitor Section MI, identify patterns/trends - Holding regular team meetings ensuring that the team are kept updated - Support the Operations manager to develop talent within the team by identifying individual potential.
- Supporting team members in achieving agreed objectives through delegation, coaching, mentoring and training.
- Support the Operations Manager with the training and induction of new starters - Take ownership of knowledge management and query log and escalate any queries that require further review.
The Person: For this role, our client is looking for someone who is has legal real estate experience and is experienced in HMRC and Lang Registry applications.
You will be experienced in carrying out land registry requisitions and enjoy looking into issues and looking at more complex cases indepth.
Ideally you'll have management experience or perhaps you are looking for a step into a managerial role.
