Our client works on a range of debt and equity deals focused on commercial real estate, and development focused opportunities.
A key part of the role is managing the deal process, while also managing key introducer relationships.
The role requires strong technical and relationship management skills.
We are very keen to speak to Real Estate Advisory professionals from all levels of experience.
Applicants must have strong modelling skills and a deep understanding of the real estate market.
Previous experience in an advisory role, or at a lender, is essential.
