I'm seeking a Principal Frontend Engineer to take the helm and make a lasting impact on a high performing team.
The right candidate could currently be a Senior looking to take a step up, as long as you have an avid interest in the front end and put people first.

About the Role:
You'll be at the forefront of guiding a talented team through cross-functional delivery and agile principles.
Your expertise in Frontend engineering, paired with exceptional leadership skills, will play a pivotal role in mentoring a team achieve success.
This role allows you to delve into hands-on engineering while being a mentor to other frontend developers.

What I'm Looking For:
Extensive commercial experience with React.
Extensive hands-on experience in various engineering domains.
Demonstrated expertise in leadership and mentorship.
Skilful evaluation of strengths and weaknesses in service-oriented architectures.
In-depth knowledge of agile principles.
