Job Summary Job Description What is the opportunity?
We have an excellent opportunity for a Paraplanner to join the team in Manchester.
As a Paraplanner, you will have a broad understanding of core Financial Planning solutions and build knowledge through exposure to client planning scenarios.
You will analyse our clients' aims and needs to construct solutions as a tool for advisors to communicate to clients.
What will you do?
Provides appropriate support for Financial Advisers/Financial Planners.
Facilitates the smooth processing of new and existing business.
Liaises with any administration support.
Assists with monitoring the performance and work throughput of any administration support thereby ensuring standards are maintained and deadlines are met.
Understands and complies with regulations and principles applying to the role and RBCBD policies and procedures.
Adheres to Conduct Risk standards.
Broad understanding of core Financial Planning solutions and building knowledge through exposure to client planning scenarios.
Analyses client's aims and needs to construct solutions as a tool for advisors to communicate to clients.
Production of robust financial plans and analytical information in support of Financial Planners and Financial Advisers under supervision of more senior team members.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent.
Previous experience as a Paraplanner Accuracy, numeracy, attention to detail.
Clear and concise communication skills – oral and written.
Ability to meet deadlines/work within restricted timescales.
Nice-to-have Working towards CII Level 6 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent What is in it for you?
