We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a Year 3 class in a primary school based in the Bradford area.
This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide classroom support to the teacher and pupils, ensuring a positive and engaging learning environment.
Assist individual and small groups of children with their learning, tailoring support to meet their needs.
Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development.
Help maintain classroom organisation, prepare resources, and manage displays.
Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
Requirements:
Contribute to the implementation of individualised educational plans tailored to meet each child's learning goals.
Establish rapport with all children, adjusting communication to suit their comprehension levels.
Advocate for an inclusive and diverse learning atmosphere, ensuring equitable opportunities for every child.
Promote independence through a variety of activities and assignments.
Aid in presenting children's work and participate in the preparation of educational resources.
Provide support in hands-on activities, employing a range of teaching aids.
Cultivate positive conduct and empower children to take responsibility for their actions.
Assist in overseeing children in the absence of the class teacher, working alongside other support staff.
Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one is essential.
