As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting children's learning, working closely with teachers, and helping to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere in the classroom.
About the role:
Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities Supporting children with their learning, including those with additional needs Helping manage classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment Providing one-on-one or small group support as needed Encouraging curiosity, creativity, and confidence in students
What you'll need:
Experience working as a Teaching Assistant, especially in primary settings Strong behaviour management skills and resilience in working with children with challenging behaviour A patient, positive, and adaptable approach to helping students learn and thrive A commitment to fostering a caring and supportive learning environment
