Key Responsibilities:
Assist the class teacher in delivering interactive and engaging lessons Provide 1:1 and group support, including working with students with special educational needs (SEN) Help create and maintain a positive and stimulating classroom environment Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers Supervise children during playtimes, lunchtimes, and on school outings Prepare materials and resources for lessons and classroom activities
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role A passion for helping children reach their full potential Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to work well within a team A relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2 or 3) is a plus but not essential
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, standard school hours Flexible working options for full-time and part-time positions
