\n * The chance to make a real difference in the lives of young learners.\n Access to our Refer a Friend scheme with the opportunity to earn £300 for each successful candidate referred.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Provide tailored support to students with SEN on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.
\n * Assist in developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
\n * Encourage the participation of students in classroom activities, ensuring they feel included and valued.

\n * Use creative and engaging methods to support learning, promoting confidence and independence.
\n * Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to assess progress and adapt strategies as needed.
\n * Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and carers.

\n * Contribute to the development of resources and strategies to enhance the learning environment.\n\nWe are looking for someone who is:\n\n * Someone who understands the unique challenges SEN students face and can provide unwavering support.
\n * Can collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and external agencies.
\n * Experience working with children with SEN (either professionally or personally).

\n * Strong understanding of different SEN conditions and strategies to support them.
\n * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n * A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.\n * Able to provide 2 professional references.\n * Having the eligibility to work in the UK.\n * Having an enhanced DBS or willingness to apply for a new one.
