About the Role:
Supporting Students' Learning: Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning activities designed to engage and inspire students with different needs and abilities.
Building Relationships: Create trusting and supportive relationships with students, ensuring they feel secure and able to express themselves.
Nurturing Growth: Provide one-on-one and small-group support, offering encouragement and fostering independence.

Whats Provided:
Competitive Pay: Hourly rate: £12.00 - £13.50 (Annual salary equivalent to £21,216 - £23,868).
