They are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis during term time.

What You'll Do:
Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with special educational needs, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their learning goals.
Assist the class teacher in implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and adapting learning materials to meet the diverse needs of students.
Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to supporting students with SEN. Monitor and record student progress, providing regular feedback to the class teacher and SENCO.

What You'll Bring:
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, ideally within a SEN setting.
Passion for supporting students with special educational needs and a commitment to inclusive education.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Patience, empathy, and resilience when working with students who may have additional needs.
Relevant qualifications or training in supporting students with SEN (desirable but not essential).
