The Role : We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to work at well established SEN schools based in Sudbury and the surrounding areas.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with a wide range of needs, including autism, learning difficulties, and physical disabilities.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and SEN support staff to provide tailored educational support, helping students to reach their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Collaborate closely with teachers and support staff to foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
Assist in maintaining classroom order, fostering a positive and stimulating learning atmosphere.
Establish effective communication with parents, teachers, and external professionals.
Regularly monitor and evaluate the academic and social progress of students with SEN.
Adapt teaching materials and resources to accommodate diverse learning needs.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with SEND children (preferably with autism/ADHD experience).
Strong behaviour management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Caring and empathetic personality.
Commitment to safeguarding children.
A DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
