Your Role: Teaching and Support: Implement individualised curriculum's, plan and deliver lessons focusing on communication and life skills.
Behavioural Support: Use theory-based interventions to improve the quality of life for our pupils.
Personal Care: Encourage and assist pupils in maintaining hygiene standards.
Progress Monitoring: Ensure teaching methods are effective and tailored to each child's needs.
Additional Duties: Assist with break time supervision and support activities like playground and snack time.

Qualifications: Minimum Grade C/4 GCSE in English Language & Maths or equivalent.
