We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants who are ready to make a real difference in the lives of young people who need it most.
What You'll Do: Be a Champion for Children: Provide vital one-on-one and small group support to students with a wide range of social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.
Be a Skilled and Patient Guide: Help students manage their emotions and behaviors, develop their social skills, and build resilience.
Be a Trusted Role Model: Create a safe and supportive learning environment, demonstrating empathy, understanding, and a positive attitude to build strong, trusting relationships with your students.
