Implementing strategies to manage challenging behaviour and promote positive social interactions.
Working closely with the class teacher and SENCo to develop and deliver individualised support plans.
Creating a safe and nurturing environment where the child can thrive.
Encouraging and supporting the child's academic and personal development.
Communicating effectively with parents and other professionals involved in the child's care.
Requirements: Teaching Assistant experience Experience working with pupils with SEMH/SEN Level 2/3 Childcare qualification (preferred, but not essential) Enhanced Child DBS (or willingness to apply) If you are ready to unleash your potential in a rewarding role, we want to hear from you!
