What We Look For:
Experience working as a Teaching Assistant in UK primary schools A genuine passion for supporting childrens learning and development Experience using phonics programmes (e.g., RWI, Letters & Sounds) Strong communication and interpersonal skills A positive, caring, and empathetic attitude A collaborative spirit and a willingness to work as part of a team An enhanced DBS check that is subscribed to the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
