Your Responsibilities:
Collaborate with teachers to manage classroom activities.
Keep track of student progress and report back to the teacher.
Address children's personal needs and offer pastoral care.
Work closely with teachers and parents to ensure student well-being.
Provide individual or small group support to children.
Your Qualifications:
Experience working with children is essential.
A strong passion for education is required.
GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent) at Grade C or above.
Enhanced DBS (assistance available).
Effective behaviour management skills.
