Randstad Education is partnering with a vibrant school in Luton to find a talented and experienced HLTA to join their team on a temporary basis.

About the Role: Immediate Start: Begin supporting students right away!

Responsibilities: Classroom Support: Provide direct support to teachers in the classroom, assisting with lesson delivery, student supervision, and classroom management.
Individualised Support: Work with individual students to provide additional academic or behavioral support, adapting your approach to their needs.
Differentiated Instruction: Assist with implementing differentiated instruction to support diverse learners.
Administrative Tasks: Complete administrative tasks as assigned by teachers, including marking, preparing resources, and managing equipment.
Collaborative Teamwork: Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with teachers, support staff, and other professionals.
Requirements: HLTA Qualification: Hold a valid HLTA qualification.
Experience: Proven experience working as an HLTA in a UK school setting.
Passion for Education: A genuine passion for supporting student learning and a commitment to creating a positive learning environment.
Strong Communication: Excellent communication skills for interacting effectively with teachers, students, and colleagues.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and learning needs.
Teamwork: Experience working collaboratively within a team to support student success.
